Swedish massage is one of the most common types of massage therapy. It's often used to relax you, relieve stress and relieve pain. Swedish massage often involves rubbing, kneading, stroking and tapping your muscles with a light to medium pressure.

Cupping Therapy

Feature Lure silicone therapy cups. Decompress muscles, release fascia, improve circulation, and relive soreness. Cupping marks usually last 1-2weeks.

Deep Tissue

Intense, controlled pressure & friction to break down the muscle, deep tissue massage relaxes rigid tissue & relieves the pain associated w/ stiff muscles, ligaments, & tendons. Discomfort is common & soreness/tenderness is expected after a session.

Traditional Basalt Stones used to promote deep relaxation and reduce pain and muscle tension. Himilayan Salt Stones are heated to help melt muscle tension and promote deep relaxtion and are also infused with minerals to help detox and exfoliate skin.
